SOLERA S.A. - SPAIN

Solera S.A. was founded by Don Mariano Verdejo Solera in Barcelona in 1967. The company was then moved to the town of Cañete, Cuenca, boosting the economy of the whole area. In 1980 Solera Cavermon S.A, a family based company was founded, followed by Portalámparas y Accesorios Solera S.A. in 1984 and Sociedad Cables Especiales de Levante in 1988 both established in Paterna, Valencia. The latter was absorbed by Portalámparas y Accesorios Solera S.A. in 2009.
